Admission priorities will follow the guidelines as states in the registration policy.

Children of Catholic families in good standing will be accepted according to the criteria outlined below with priority given in the following order:

  3. Children whose parents are active members of St. Monica Parish registering for the first time.
  4. Students from other parishes registering for the first time

New applicants for enrollment from outside St. Monica parish will be accepted after registration for students listed #1-3 above is completed.

  1. Children with siblings in the school
  2. New applicants

If there is a need to begin a waiting list, students will be waitlisted as follows:

  2. Children from other parishes registering for the first time.
  3. Children of non-Catholic families.

(If registration exceeds space limitation, a lottery system will be used)

Families will be automatically enrolled in the FACTS Tuition Management Program upon registration. You will have the following payment options:

  • Tuition paid in full by April 30, 2023 (qualifies for 3% discount).
  • Monthly payments beginning July 2023 and ending April 2024 through FACTS.

Tuition Refunds: Families who withdraw students prior to the first day of school will be refunded the entire amount of tuition which has been paid for the current school year. After the first day of school, tuition refunds will be prorated.

Tuition cannot be in arrears prior to the first day of school. If a family’s account is in arrears prior to the first day of school a payment arrangement must be made to insure the student(s) are allowed to attend class. It is the family’s responsibility to communicate the need for ANY payment arrangement to the Parish Coordinator.

Any family who cannot make tuition payment will need to contact the parish office to make appropriate arrangements. The parish can help families in difficult situations. If agreed upon arrangements cannot be reached in a timely fashion, your child/children will not be allowed to attend classes.

If a family’s account remains in arrears or has an unpaid balance; the child/children will not be allowed to attend class or graduate with their class, report cards and grades will be withheld and no transcripts, health records, grades, etc. will be forwarded to any given school until all outstanding balances are paid in full.

The school principal, secretary, and teacher’s primary focus is on your child/children’s education. To facilitate the integrity of that focus, ALL communication and correspondence regarding tuition payments or individualized payment arrangements should be made directly with the Pastor and Parish Coordinator.
